このたび、ニューヨークで開催される国際アートフェア 「Artexpo New York 2026」 に出展いたします。本イベントは1978年に始まり、世界約30カ国からアーティストやギャラリー、コレクターが集う、アメリカ最大級のアートフェアのひとつです。これまでに Andy Warhol や Yayoi Kusama、Robert Rauschenberg など、著名なアーティストも参加してきました。
今回、MAYA_ARTの作品はブース No.701にて展示されます。
出展作品は立体作品 「静観DARUMAー三日月ー」 です。
なお、作家本人の現地渡航はございませんが、ブースにて静観DARUMAが皆様をお迎えいたします。
会期中は、世界中から集まる多様な表現が交差し、新たな出会いやインスピレーションが生まれる場となります。

作品コンセプト
「静観DARUMA-三日月」は、“静かに観る”という行為に宿る創造のエネルギーをテーマに制作。動き続ける現実の中で、あえて “何もしない” という選択をする瞬間、その静寂の中にこそ、本質を見極める眼が生まれる。DARUMAという象徴的な形の中に、月の周期や陰陽の流れを取り入れることで、観る人が自らの「内なる観照」と再びつながるきっかけとなる作品です。三日月は見えなかったものが形になりはじめる、創造の息吹の象徴。
Concept / Techniques
“The Quietly Watching Daruma — Crescent Moon” explores the creative energy that resides
in the act of quietly observing. In a world that is in constant motion, choosing to “do nothing”
can become a radical act that reveals the essence of things. Within such stillness, the eye that discerns truth is born. By integrating lunar cycles and the flow of yin and yang within the iconic form of the DARUMA, the work invites viewers to reconnect with their own “inner contemplation.”
The crescent moon symbolizes the breath of creation—the moment when what was once
unseen begins to take shape.
